Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Products that have been customized or made to order.
  • Intimate Apparel: Undergarments, swimwear, and other intimate items for hygiene reasons.
  • Health and Personal Care Items: Products such as cosmetics, skincare, and other personal care items once opened.
  • Perishable Goods: Items with a limited shelf life, including food and certain household products.
  • Gift Cards: Non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Return Process

  2. Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

 

Please note:

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at info@7decors.com.

 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and must be returned in accordance with our return policy.
